IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Crop Market is a referral and classifieds platform; a neutral marketplace connecting independent growers and buyers. Crop Market is not a party to any transaction and has no control over the safety, quality, or legality of the items listed. Crop Market connects buyers and sellers but does not process payments, collect funds, or facilitate financial transactions. All payments are processed off-site via third-party providers (eg. Stripe, Pay Pal)directly between the Buyer and Seller. Crop Market does not receive, hold, or transmit funds. Sellers are solely responsible for determining, calculating, collecting, and remitting any and all applicable sales taxes, fees, and duties required by their local, state, and federal jurisdictions.

​2. Assumption of Risk & Personal Safety
​Users meet and interact at their own sole risk. Crop Market is not liable for any physical harm, bodily injury, or property damage resulting from user interactions. We strongly recommend meeting in well-lit, public "Safe Exchange Zones."
​3. Agricultural "As-Is" Disclaimer
​All agricultural products, crops, and supplies are sold "As-Is." Neither Crop Market nor the Seller warrants that products are free from rot, pests, or contaminants. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods before consumption or use.
​4. Premises Liability (The "U-Pick" Waiver) By entering a Grower's property, the Buyer waives all rights to hold the Landowner or Crop Market responsible for any accidents, slips, or injuries occurring on private land.
​5. Bio-Security & Pest Clause
Users agree to comply with all California agricultural transport laws. Crop Market is not liable for the spread of pests or diseases resulting from the exchange of crops or soil.
​6. Indemnification (The "Pay My Legal Fees" Clause)
USERS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS CROP MARKET, IT'S AFFILIATES, AGENTS & EMPLOYEES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LEGAL FEES ARISING FROM THE USER'S ACTIONS OR DISPUTES WITH OTHER MEMBERS.
